General

TeamGymTræneren provides a subscription-based online service at teamgymtraeneren.dk. These terms apply between the individual user and TeamGymTræneren.

These terms and conditions of use apply to agreements between TeamGymTræneren and a physical person (hereinafter referred to as “the User”) regarding the service. Only individuals who are 18 years or older and reside in Denmark can enter into an agreement with TeamGymTræneren for the service.

These terms constitute the entire agreement between the User and TeamGymTræneren.

To access the service, the User must read and accept the terms and conditions.

Scope of Service

The service gives the User access to the TeamGymTræneren services specified at the time of purchase.

Access to the Service

To access the service, the User must register a user account on the portal.

Registration and User Access

The User is responsible for ensuring that the information provided is correct at the time of registration. When registering, the User may only provide information related to their own payment and credit cards.

During registration, the User must provide a username and a password (hereinafter referred to as “Login Information”). The User’s login information is personal and may not be used by others unless otherwise stated for the product.

The User must store the login information securely so that others cannot gain unauthorized access to it. The User is responsible for all use of their user account.

If the User suspects unlawful use of their login information, they must immediately notify TeamGymTræneren and change their password.

Fees and Payment

Fees for using the service must be paid in accordance with the current price list available on the website.

Payment for the subscription is made in advance each month.

The User must make subscription payments using the payment methods offered by TeamGymTræneren on the website. The User undertakes to sign the necessary documents and, on each payment date, to have sufficient funds available through the chosen payment method.

Adjustments and Changes

TeamGymTræneren reserves the right to change the fee and other terms of the service. Changes must be communicated to the User no later than thirty (30) days before the change takes effect. In the event of such changes, the User has the right to terminate the subscription effective from the date the change takes effect. If the User does not terminate the subscription before the change takes effect, it will be considered acceptance of the change. Changes that are clearly to the User’s advantage will apply immediately without termination rights for the User.

Termination of Subscription

The service can be terminated at the end of the payment period, which is 1 month from the most recent payment. To terminate your agreement, you must use the link provided on the front page or contact TeamGymTræneren via kontakt@teamgymtraeneren.dk.

Payment

TeamGymTræneren accepts online payments with Visa/Dankort, Visa, and Mastercard.

Payment will only be withdrawn from your account when the physical product is shipped or the virtual product has been created, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

Reservation of Funds

When using a payment card, both debit and credit, an amount corresponding to your purchase will be reserved. This amount remains reserved until the webshop has processed and shipped your order. Once the order has been shipped, the money will be debited from your account. The reservation period depends on the product/service.

Authorization on Debit Cards

With debit cards, you will be able to see that the money has been reserved in your account, and your available balance will appear reduced accordingly. If you or the webshop subsequently cancel the order, the webshop cannot withdraw the funds, but the reservation will still remain in place for a period. Please note that only your bank (or card issuer) can release the reservation.

Authorization on Credit Cards

The funds will only be withdrawn from your account and appear on your statement when the webshop processes and collects payment for your order.

All amounts on the website are inclusive of VAT.
The website uses the following currency for pricing: Denmark – Kroner (DKK).

TeamGymTræneren uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with the SSL protocol, which means your data is safe and cannot be read by unauthorized third parties.

Customer & Privacy Policy

We do not resell personal information and do not share your personal information with others; it is only registered in our customer database. You can have your information deleted at any time.

In order for you to enter into an agreement with TeamGymTræneren, we require the following information:

. Email address

We register your personal data for the purpose of delivering the product to you.

Personal data is registered with TeamGymTræneren and stored for up to five years, after which the information is deleted.

When personal data is collected via our website, we ensure that it is always done with your explicit consent so that you are informed exactly which information is collected and why.

The director and employees of TeamGymTræneren have access to the information registered about you.

The data controller at TeamGymTræneren is the business owner, Lisa Seeberg.

We do not store or transmit customer information in encrypted form.

As a registered user with TeamGymTræneren, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to access the information that has been registered about you. These rights are granted under the Danish Data Protection Act, and inquiries in this regard should be sent to kontakt@teamgymtraeneren.dk.

Cookies
At teamgymtraeneren.dk, cookies are used to optimize the website and its functionality, thereby making your visit as easy as possible.

Log Statistics
We use log statistics on teamgymtraeneren.dk, which means a statistics system collects information that can create a statistical overview of how many visitors we have, where they come from, and where on the website they exit, etc.

The log statistics are only used for the purpose of optimizing TeamGymTræneren’s website.

A complaint about a product or service can be submitted to:

The Mediation Team will attempt to resolve the dispute through mediation, and if it is not possible to reach a solution, you may submit the complaint to the Consumer Complaints Board.

As a general rule, it is a prerequisite for filing a complaint that the product or service you wish to complain about has cost at least DKK 1,110 and no more than DKK 100,000. You must pay a fee to have the complaint processed.

The EU Commission’s online complaints portal can also be used when submitting a complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country. Complaints can be submitted here:
