General<\/strong><\/p>\n

TeamGymTr\u00e6neren provides a subscription-based online service at teamgymtraeneren.dk. These terms apply between the individual user and TeamGymTr\u00e6neren. <\/p>\n

These terms and conditions of use apply to agreements between TeamGymTr\u00e6neren and a physical person (hereinafter referred to as \u201cthe User\u201d) regarding the service. Only individuals who are 18 years or older and reside in Denmark can enter into an agreement with TeamGymTr\u00e6neren for the service. <\/p>\n

These terms constitute the entire agreement between the User and TeamGymTr\u00e6neren.<\/p>\n

To access the service, the User must read and accept the terms and conditions.

<\/p>\n

Scope of Service<\/strong><\/p>\n

The service gives the User access to the TeamGymTr\u00e6neren services specified at the time of purchase.

<\/p>\n

Access to the Service<\/strong><\/p>\n

To access the service, the User must register a user account on the portal.

<\/p>\n

Registration and User Access<\/strong><\/p>\n

The User is responsible for ensuring that the information provided is correct at the time of registration. When registering, the User may only provide information related to their own payment and credit cards. <\/p>\n

During registration, the User must provide a username and a password (hereinafter referred to as \u201cLogin Information\u201d). The User\u2019s login information is personal and may not be used by others unless otherwise stated for the product. <\/p>\n

The User must store the login information securely so that others cannot gain unauthorized access to it. The User is responsible for all use of their user account. <\/p>\n

If the User suspects unlawful use of their login information, they must immediately notify TeamGymTr\u00e6neren and change their password.

<\/p>\n

Fees and Payment<\/strong><\/p>\n

Fees for using the service must be paid in accordance with the current price list available on the website.<\/p>\n

Payment for the subscription is made in advance each month.<\/p>\n

The User must make subscription payments using the payment methods offered by TeamGymTr\u00e6neren on the website. The User undertakes to sign the necessary documents and, on each payment date, to have sufficient funds available through the chosen payment method.

<\/p>\n

Adjustments and Changes<\/strong><\/p>\n

TeamGymTr\u00e6neren reserves the right to change the fee and other terms of the service. Changes must be communicated to the User no later than thirty (30) days before the change takes effect. In the event of such changes, the User has the right to terminate the subscription effective from the date the change takes effect. If the User does not terminate the subscription before the change takes effect, it will be considered acceptance of the change. Changes that are clearly to the User\u2019s advantage will apply immediately without termination rights for the User.

<\/p>\n

Termination of Subscription<\/strong><\/p>\n

The service can be terminated at the end of the payment period, which is 1 month from the most recent payment. To terminate your agreement, you must use the link provided on the front page or contact TeamGymTr\u00e6neren via kontakt@teamgymtraeneren.dk.

<\/p>\n

Payment<\/strong><\/p>\n

TeamGymTr\u00e6neren accepts online payments with Visa\/Dankort, Visa, and Mastercard.<\/p>\n

Payment will only be withdrawn from your account when the physical product is shipped or the virtual product has been created, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

<\/p>\n

Reservation of Funds<\/strong><\/p>\n

When using a payment card, both debit and credit, an amount corresponding to your purchase will be reserved. This amount remains reserved until the webshop has processed and shipped your order. Once the order has been shipped, the money will be debited from your account. The reservation period depends on the product\/service.

<\/p>\n

Authorization<\/strong> on Debit Cards<\/strong><\/p>\n

With debit cards, you will be able to see that the money has been reserved in your account, and your available balance will appear reduced accordingly. If you or the webshop subsequently cancel the order, the webshop cannot withdraw the funds, but the reservation will still remain in place for a period. Please note that only your bank (or card issuer) can release the reservation.

Authorization on Credit Cards<\/strong><\/p>\n

The funds will only be withdrawn from your account and appear on your statement when the webshop processes and collects payment for your order.<\/p>\n

All amounts on the website are inclusive of VAT.

The director and employees of TeamGymTr\u00e6neren have access to the information registered about you.<\/p>\n

As a registered user with TeamGymTr\u00e6neren, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to access the information that has been registered about you.
